The good old Intel 8080 offered a mere 8 bits of width, while the Pentium 4 "Prescott” sports an impressive 32 bits and 64-bit bus. These innovations greatly enhance a personal computer's performance, yet how do users truly benefit? A rolling stone gathers no moss.
